High-purity water production equipment produces ultrapure water, which is chemically pure water with a theoretical conductivity of 18.3 MΩ·cm. High-purity water is also referred to as ultrapure water.
The Xinrui Laboratory high-purity water equipment features a microcomputer controller, allowing for both manual and automatic operation. Its control functions include: no water, water full, automatic shutdown, low pressure, overpressure automatic protection, and customizable water output indicators. If the set value is not met, the water is recirculated through a backpressure valve for further treatment. Once the set requirements are achieved, the water collection valve opens for use. The reverse osmosis (RO) elements, high-purity precision polishing resin, main components, machinery, pumps, and instruments of this equipment can all be sourced from imported materials, ensuring reliable quality.

1. Pre-treatment System
Equipped with a three-stage pre-treatment system. Particularly suitable for customers in areas with high tap water salinity, hardness, solid impurities, and chlorine content, offering convenience and cost-effectiveness. The system is meticulously designed based on the principle of "layered protection and step-by-step filtration." Due to the large capacity and high precision of each unit, the pre-treatment function is more robust, with better self-protection and higher efficiency in removing various impurities.
2. Reverse Osmosis System
Utilizes high-quality imported RO membranes. With strong screening functionality, its performance is extremely stable. Under the system's set pressure, it allows only water to pass through while blocking solutes. Thus, it precisely filters out bacteria, viruses, salts, and various carcinogenic substances from water. Desalination rate ≥99%. The reverse osmosis system includes an automatic cleaning function, effectively preventing scaling and clogging of the RO membrane, ensuring efficient and stable operation.
3. Ultra-Purification System
Employs high-quality nuclear-grade polishing mixed-bed three-column resin. The ultra-purification system ensures the complete removal of ions from water, with the produced water achieving a resistivity of up to 18 MΩ/cm, sufficient to meet the basic requirements of various experiments.

2. Uses imported ion filtration membranes and high-pressure, silent pure water pumps, ensuring more reliable operation and broader applicability to water quality;
3. Includes a system flushing function: Before each startup for water production, the system automatically flushes for 30 seconds before beginning water production;
4. Equipped with a system protection function: Automatically shuts down when water pressure is too low or there is no water; automatically restarts when water supply resumes;
5. The RSE series high-purity water machine features online water quality monitoring, enabling real-time monitoring of inlet water quality (displayed via digital tubes near the functional detection area on the upper part of the instrument), RO water quality and temperature, as well as pure water quality and temperature.

Flushing "" 1. Power indicator lights up upon startup, with automatic flushing for 30 seconds; 2. If cumulative water production reaches 6 hours without flushing, automatic flushing for 30 seconds; 3. After exiting the water shortage program, automatic flushing for 30 seconds; 4. The lower two digits of the small digital tube display the remaining backflush time, with the clock symbol flashing once per second; (High-pressure pump operates, inlet valve opens, flushing valve opens)
Water Production "" 1. The lower two digits of the small digital tube display the current conductivity value (decimal points not shown); 2. If the measured conductivity value exceeds 50 and in buzzer mode, the buzzer beeps; 3. Conductivity measurement is prone to interference; therefore, insert the probe into the pipeline for measurement to ensure accuracy; 4. Water Shortage "" 1.  When the low-pressure switch detects that the raw water pressure is below the set value, the pure water machine enters the water shortage program, and the buzzer sounds. 2.  Conductivity is not measured or displayed. Maintenance "" The instrument is set to a 12-hour operation cycle to prevent forgetting to shut down after work. If exceeded, the maintenance symbol appears, and operation stops to protect the instrument. For continuous operation, simply restart the machine.
